These terms apply to the leeforge.app website and to the apps and games LeeForge publishes. By using them you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy of the app you use.

Unless its store page says otherwise, an app is free to download and supported by ads served by Google AdMob, as described in its privacy policy. Features may change between versions.

Unless an app's privacy policy says otherwise, what you create in it is stored on your device. We keep no copy and cannot restore it for you, so you are responsible for any backups or exports you want to keep.

Downloading and updating apps happens through Google Play, and some features rely on Google services (for example ads, or WordQuest's optional Smart Add). Their own terms apply to your use of those services.

Do not misuse the apps or this website — for example by attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them for abuse, or use them to break the law.

The website and apps are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data stored on your device will never be lost — keep your own exports or backups of anything important.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeeForge (Lê Đình Thuỷ) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or apps.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any of your rights as a consumer, that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam. This does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
